How do I qualify?
Qualifying clients would need to have Medicaid A with an active status, be currently enrolled in a TLCNA program, and be in good standing with the program.
How can I request transportation services?
Services should be offered during the enrollment process. If a client declines services at enrollment and requires them at a later time they can contact their site director to submit a request.
What should I expect once services start?
Bus routes will be determined by TLCNA and are subject to change depending on the needs of clients. As services begin, each client will be assigned an anticipated pick up and drop off time. We ask that clients set aside 15 minutes before and after their assigned times for both pick up and drop off as bus routes may arrive early or late depending on several factors. If a bus route is significantly delayed or unable to run, clients and guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
