I have been a member of the TLCNA team for 11 years. I spend my day planning, implementing, assisting, and overseeing all the daily functions and activities of our adult program and waiver staff. These duties and activities include but are not limited to: Special Olympics, Field Trips, Support Employment, Holiday Parties, Awards Banquets, Prom, and several other activities throughout the year. I’m passionate about serving our adult community and have worked tirelessly to ensure the successful implementation of our Home and Community Based Waiver Program Plans.

I am a life-long resident of Berryville, Arkansas. I graduated from Berryville High School in 1979 and spent 30 + years in the furniture and floor covering business. I also managed a local furniture store for 23 years. I am currently wrapping up my 6th year at TLCNA. I love working with our clients and wish I had started my career here much earlier. I started at TLCNA in the adult program and more recently have worked as the transportation director, overseeing our bus program. I have been working in this position for two years and look forward to many more!
